Razanne vs. Bratz

Here's the Razanne doll we looked at in class yesterday compared with a popular U.S. doll - Bratz. An interesting contrast that helps us see why many conservative Muslims in Arab countries find American pop-culture offensive and invasive.

Here's a website that i think explains the Islamic point of view about American Products invading their markets.there are always campaigns in the Middle East telling Arabs to boycott american products and exchange it with arabic ones. (Razanne vs. Bratz, Mecca Cola vs. Coca Cola)

PS:the owner of the website didn't reveal his identity or nationality, but i guess it's pretty obvious they're arabs
